I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Anadiotis of ERD on
my diamond engagement ring. I came to learn about ERD through
Pricescope.com and after contacting several vendors by telephone and
email, I finally decided that I wanted to go with ERD, who I found to
be the least pushy and most knowledgeable. It was a trans-continental
transaction, which made me nervous, but Chris was incredibly patient
with each of my questions about diamonds, cuts, design, pricing etc.
I chose to go and meet Chris in person at the ERD office before
finally deciding to go with ERD to create the ring, as I had never
done something like this before and I wanted to be sure.
All I can say is, his courtesy, responsiveness, and judgement
throughout the entire process were exceptional and I believe ERD's
pricing was extremely fair.
Despite Hurricane Sandy and disruptions to ERD production schedule, I
still got my ring in the promised timeline. How extraordinary.
The oval brilliant halo ring is even more beautiful than I imagined it
would be - the center oval is a real beauty - very lively!
I would not hesitate to work with Chris Anadiotis and ERD again.
