Good morning everyone. I am coming very close to pulling the trigger on a stone and I have four good options...I''d love someone''s opinion on the two stones below:

There is a negligible difference between the price of each stone but there is a slight size difference and also a difference in clarity between the two. Finally, the GIA report of Diamond 1 lists a "natural blemish" but I cant seem to see anyhting that stands out on the JA picture, looking through the loupe.

Any thoughts on these two stones would be greatly appreciated!

Numbers and photos look good on both. It would be best to have Idealscope images, but if you are in that much of a rush, both have very safe numbers.

A natural is just a part of the "skin" from the diamond rough that wasn''t polished out, usually it is on or near the girdle and is left because if it was removed it would cause the stone to be out of round. At VS clarity you will most likely never see it with the naked eye.

Thanks for the response! Do you think the difference in size of the stones is going to make a big difference? I am awaiting the IS image on the 1.32 and should receive it today. Once I get it, I''ll post as well.

Nah. You are talking about .1mm difference. I really doubt you could see the size difference unmounted and side by side. Once they were set in a ring there would be no chance of being able to tell which is larger. Will look for the IS.

Ditto Jet, there might be a very slight difference if you viewed them together unset, but once set you wouldn''t really notice any size difference. Both diamonds look good.

Looks good, IS will confirm.

Just received the IS for the Diamond 1...I''ll repost its specs for convenience. What do you think?

Very nice IS.

I''ve been reading on natural blemishes...does anyone think that its appearance on the GIA report should deter me from purchasing this stone? Thanks very much for your help!

Looks like a winner!

IS looks very good! A natural is nothing to worry about, I don''t know what you''ve been reading that worries you, but you can ask one of the gemologists at JA to evaluate it for you.

Looks like a keeper.

I wouldn''t worry about it especially given that it is a VS1, but as Jet said, if you are worried about it then ask the gemologist.
