A well cut H VS2 H&A stone will cost you somewhere near $7700-$7900

I did checked diamonds and found one on James Allen looks good if you can provide comments on it it has an hca of 1.6 also found one on b2c jewels and its hca is 3.8 I did had word with both and b2c jewels said their diamond is give very good light return is that correct. Below are the links.

Do I need to check scientific images to be on safe side or what to do I can go little bit up on my budget as i need something best to propose. My girl is tall and I read somewhere on taller girls emeralds are best with 3 stone is that so or should I stick to round as I am more keen for light return diamonds.

HCA of over 2 means reject. So don't cosider the B2C option. The JA one is also a "no", because the cut is "very good". GIA XXX is a minimum (plus having specs within our recommended ranges, plus HCA of under 2).

Recommended specs are:
Table: 54-57 (or potentially 58.)
Depth: 60-62.4
Crown: 34-35
Pavilion: 40.6-40.8

EDIT. If you find an AGS 000 stone, you don't need the HCA calculator. Just FYI

If you go down to I color and SI1 clarity (eye clean), you'll be able to find stuff in budget.

Or if you're willing to go down a tiny bit in size. This is a great stone:

Another solid option from good old gold:

If you are strict on H+ color, at least 1ct, and VS2 or better, I would contact Martin at USA Certed or Yeukitiel at ID Jewelry. Both are great with budget requirements.

I’d probably stick to GIA ExExEx. Personally, I feel that superideals are a bit OTT (equivalent on insisting on D flawless).
As prices jump at 1ct, you could also see if there’s something at .95ct for example, as you could get higher quality for the money and the size difference is extremely tiny.
