Looking, need help picking the right one....

Ive been looking for the past couple of weeks at stones and I would like a second take on this GIA stone...

Shape: Round
Color: H
Clarity: SI2
Carat: 1.33
Depth: 61.3%
Table: 57%
Polish: VG
Symmetry: VG
Measur: 7.02x7.07x4.32
Girdle: Then to slightly thick
Fluores: Strong Blue
GIA Comments: additional twinning wisps are not shown
GIA Cut: Very Good
Price: $5700

Please tell me what you think and if I should try to work the price down and by how much. Also, is Twinning bad? Looking to buy something within the week.

To fully evaluate this stone, I need crown and pavillion angles and an image or an ideal scope image. So far everything looks okay. Is the stone eye-clean, SI2''s are tricky. Twinning wisps are probably fine, not any worse than other types of inclusions.
