Looking for setting

Hi everyone
So I have a stone (yellow sapphire) that I want to get mounted in setting. To get it in natural diamonds is too expensive, so I am looking to get it with lab created diamonds.
Can anyone suggest a good place I can get a custom setting made? Thanks a lot
