LOOKING FOR: RB Antique Ring w/ side leaf detail

Hello, I have seen this ring on this site before. It is a Round Brillant Diamond with an antique setting which has leaves that have diamonds in them and they almost wrap around the diamond. Can someone give me the pics of this ring and the site of who designed the setting???

I know it was in the post but I have searched the forums and cannot find it.
