Looking for information on Asprey

Good, bad, otherwise? I've found a pair of earrings on the secondary market that are really singing to me and was wondering if anyone had something to say about their jewelry. I know they've been around forever, but they don't seem to be all that popular in the U.S.

I have an Asprey pin from 1910 or something; it is beautiful. I think they are a company out of England.
Okay I found some info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asprey I think some of Princess Diana's jewels are from Asprey, maybe google would show which ones?

Hey guys, Asprey is (was) one of the top jewelers & luxury-goods stores in the world. Didn't read the Wikipedia article linked above, but I think they were bought by Garrards some years ago. I used to wander through their Bond St. store. whenever I was in London. Beautiful jewelry and silver items. Elegant little private rooms in which to be shown the pieces you want to examine, though I was never even close to deserving one.

You can't do better.
