Hello all, just wondering what everyone thinks of this stone. I saw it today at the jeweler and it shines pretty nicely. Although, the depth worries me a bit at 62.7. Not sure if this would be a instant deal breaker for most. I can purchase the stone for $6,500 which I feel like is a great deal for TripleEX/1.15c/G color; not to mention that it's a super clean SI1.

Can you guys provide some feedback based on the cert? Should I be looking elsewhere?

Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up. I've updated the link.

Also, I should mention that it received a 2.4 (very good) HCA score.

I don't know a ton, but I think that's a bad buy. I had a 1.24 carat round for years, and it measured just over 7mm x 7mm. This stone you've presented is too deep and is small for its carat weight. Around here you are usually advised to not even consider a RB diamond unless it scores under 2 on the HCA - and even then, it's only an elimination tool. I promise you this, though - a better cut H color will face up much, much nicer than this too-small-for-its-carat-size G color.

My 2 cents, your mileage may vary.

It is on the deep side. Any chance you could get an Idealscope image of it?

Thanks for the input guys. I'll check with the vendor regarding the idealscope image.

A bit deep. A well cut 1.15 ct should be closer to 6.80mm in diameter.
