Looking for diamond hoops!

Please give me some advice on where to get diamond hoops for my mom. She wants some ''casual'' earrings that she can run around, like to the grocery store. I want to surprise her with a little bling for all she''s done for me. I looked up some old threads but couldn''t see any pics of people wearing diamond hoops, so if you have any I''d LOVE to see them! My mom has shorter hair and is very lady-like but runs around in jeans and flats mostly.

I''d like to know how to get the most sparkle, and keep my budget under $1,000 if possible but I can go up to $1,500 or so if not.

Thanks for any suggestions/advice on place to go, styles, etc.

I love these by Tiffany because they seem to really show off the diamonds, but they''re $3,250 for .61 ctw of G, VS diamonds. Seems pretty high. Maybe the style is too small?

Bluenile has some hoops with less scarry prices.
These are I, S12 average color/clarity, $725. Anyone purchase from them? How is their quality?

Does facets only have the style on their website or did you get something else Ann? I''m just not sure about how the diamonds twist around like that. Since my mom has short hair, I wonder if it would look wierd from behind or the side -seems better suited for long hair.

WN - When I ordered my earrings, Signed Pieces did not have any earrings up on their site.
I called and told them what I was looking for and they custom made them. They are now on their web site. Inside/Out hoops, mine are large, around 4cts.

I can''t say enough good about them. They really did a great job on my earrings.
In fact a local jeweler (Vendor here on PS) commented on how nice they are.
