Looking for Blue Flour. Post

Hey, I saw a post last week about an e-ring that was in a solitaire setting and it had a blue flourescence to it. It was amazing and made me want to find something like that for my soon to be fiance.

I couldn''t find his post and was hoping someone could help me out, or he could post it again.
