looking for an oval shape diamond. can you help me?

Hi. I am looking for an oval shape diamond. My budget is at most $3400 for just the diamond but willing to go up for the setting. If theres a setting, must be in yellow gold.. I am looking for around 1 carat oval shape, very good to excellent cut, symmetry and polish. Must be eye clean and can be low as J in color and must be eye clean. I would like to avoid the prominent bow tie effect if possible. I am open to preowned or antique diamond as well but having trouble finding some.
