Looking for a setting..

I figured I would make a new thread in lieu of making everyone read through my ordeal. I am looking for a setting similar to the one below. My budget is $1000.00 and I would prefer 18k white gold. It would need to accomodate a .41 center stone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I love the ripple and devout from knox jewelers, but they do have to be special made for my stone size. They will not set stones that were not purchased from them as well. I have had difficulty finding a jeweler who will set a stone in a setting that is not theirs.

Ponderer suggested that I just have my existing ring rhodium plated. I will definitely look into it. I''m not sure if the center hole in the ring is big enough for my new diamond. The ring currently has a .20 center stone. I was told by one jeweler that it is poorly made because it is not solid, but it has held up for 5 years.

jennalyns had WF make a ring very similar. you could email them for a quote to see if they could make one in your budget. I would also email www.questjewelers.com for a quote as well.
