Looking for a second opinion on ~3 ct round (ASET included) - recs also welcome!

Hi all!

My boyfriend and I have been on the diamond hunt for a few months now for my engagement ring, and this forum has been incredibly helpful for getting the two of us newbies up to speed!

We have narrowed our lab grown diamond search to the following parameters:

Budget: Ideally $10K or less for the diamond but willing to stretch to $12K
Size: 9-9.5mm (~2.75-3.33 carats)
Cut: Excellent-Ideal (excellent polish, symmetry & within recommended 'ideal' proportions)
Color: F+
Clarity: VS2+ (eye clean)

We have found 2 diamonds that we like and would love a second opinion on them (How do the ASET images look in terms of leakage? Good price to quality value?). I'm including the reports below as well as ASET images. If anyone has recommendations on places to try, we are open!

I prefer the proportions of the first one, but the second seems quite well-priced for the specs.

The first one that Kim N posted is the exact same diamond...the GCAL report number is the same.
