Looking for a sapphire

My boyfriend and I recently got engaged. He purchased a three stone sapphire and diamond ring (which I wanted); however he kinda missed the mark with the color of the sapphire. Don't get me wrong, I love the ring. We talked it over and would like to get a new sapphire center stone as a wedding 'gift'...I'm not a big jewelry person, so wearing one ring suits me.

Anywho, the current stone is approximately 7.2mm X 5.4mm in size (not sure of the depth) and is about 1.36 carats. we're looking for something that hold the blue color a bit more; this one is quite dark. We're looking for advice on the tone/color we should be looking for. Also, we're interested to know if there are any reputable sapphire sellers online.

I've added a photo of the ring we have now as a reference. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
