Looking for a sanity check on a pear

Hi - I'm currently visiting a local store called Diamonds Direct and they've found a really nice pear for me. I don't have the GIA report, but here are some stats.

1.71c, H, SI2. 1.6:1 ratio, 10.4 x 6.5 x 4.0mm

They are quoting me about $11k for the stone. I think I could get them down to $10k. Just want to see if I'm getting value, or if there are similar pears for cheaper, or if I can get a better stone for the same price. Thanks!

Prices on JA for those specs look to be in the mid $8k to mid $9k . $10k at a b&m...sounds fair.

I'm no expert by any means and I'm more commenting on the stone versus whether this is a good deal, but to my untrained eye I find that neither pears are symmetrical. It feels like the left side is rounder and the right is more flat. When you go in definitely look to see if you can tell the difference. I can probably tell in this picture because it is so magnified.
