Looking for a halo style engagement ring

Hi, I am looking for a halo engagement ring for my sweetie. I am hoping to find something similar to this beauty I found here on pricescope:

I am hoping for a center diamond in the 0.5-0.7 carat range and total price for setting plus center diamond under $5k.
