I am looking for a ring for the girlfriend, and recently was quoted the following prices from a jeweler in NYC. I am looking for a GIA triple excellent, around 1.5 ct, G-H, SI1 for around $10-13K.

The two rings I was quoted that I am seriously considering are the following:

1.) 1.52 ct, H, SI1, xxx, GIA cert #2216662997 for $10,600 and
2.) 1.7ct, H SI1, xxx GIA cert #3215222310 $13,900

I was also quoted a 1.5, G, SI1, xxx, for $11,970 but I was not a fan of one of the inclusions in the stone. Are these stones a good deal for the price? Thanks.

1. No, not well cut
2. This one is a little better but still not cut all that great. (I would not consider)

Here are some cheat sheet numbers to try to follow...

Depth 60-62.3
Table 54-58
Crown angle 34-45 degrees
Pavilion angle 40.6-41 degrees

You can also use the HCA tool. Look for stones to score 2 or under. After that you should request an idealscope image.
