Lookie what WhiteFlash made for me!!!

They''re done at last! My WF ACA .82 ctw earrings. Each stone is a .41 F-SI1 and they are set in 18kt WG 8-prong Martini''s. I can''t wait to get them even though I know that''ll take about 3 weeks. So without further ado.....

I do have just one lil' question, before they ship them out - about the 5 o'clock prong on the L stud in the first full frontal pic, it looks a tad offcentre?

Actually most of them are a little off. The prongs seem to be ''paired off'' just a bit. If the stones were bigger it would probably be more of an issue, but at 40 points I don''t think it''ll bother me at all. Look down at the face-on shoe pic and you''ll see what I mean. Now if it was a honker of a ring I''d be able to see it easily without a loupe.

IRL I don't either

one of my studs is 0.2mm out of round and that required certain - manipulations of the prongs, shall we say - but it's really not noticeable in person, just sparkle! I would've felt bad if I hadn't said something, though, just in case, I hope you don't mind.

I dion't mind a bit that you pointed that out. I'm probably the worst person here for noticing that the arrows don't line up just so, or a prong in a tiny fraction off, just because that's what I see best.

I can't wait to be able to post ear pics too. I may not need a reflective belt to walk around at night with these on...

Gemgirl I'm going to warn you that a few other people in here including yssie and lknvrb4 posted pics of thier 8-prongs and when I made the mistake of drooling over them too long it ended up causing this.
