I've been an avid PS reader since 2005-2006 however I've never posted until now. Over the years I've learned so much invaluable info from so many of you. I'll never forget the first time I laid eyes on Slammie's infamous fishtail pave set, I never knew anything so beautiful existed!! From then on I was hooked and researched day and night on this site. From Mara I learned how J color really ISNT scary and how truly undetectable warmer colors can be. At that time in my life I was in my early 20's and newly engaged. We purchased a 1.5 J S12 H&A from BN. From there it was on to meeting the A-M-A-Z-I-N-G Mark Morrell in the basement of his home in Concord, Ma. As flawless and fluid his work appears to be in pictures on the web, words truly can't describe seeing his work in person. I'll never forget the gasp that came outta me the first time I saw a Sunburst Solitaire in person, I felt like the luckiest girl in the world to have such a masterpiece on my finger!! Unfortunately he is not as well known here in Ma in the way that he is idolized here on PS. I remember trying to share my excitement with the people around me, however when most people heard that a man from small-town Massachusetts was making me a ring by hand in his basement, they usually snubbed their noses. Little did they know Unfortunately that relationship did not stand the test of time and when we parted ways I did the right thing and gave him back the ring : ( Fast-forward to today, I am very happily married and very fortunate to wear the beautiful bling I currently have...Its a 1.67 F I1 H&A from GOG in a Michael Bondanza setting(totally inspired by Facetfire's show-stopper!) I was very lucky when this diamond came along at the right time, the inclusion is nearly 100% prongable and was a GREAT value. Jonathan is a true professional and his passion for his work and diamonds is infectious. So after all these years I'm coming out of my shell and saying thank you to so many of you who devote your time and experiences to helping the lurkers out there !!!!! So now bear with me as I make my first attempt at uploading a picture of my set......
