Long delay in refund from James allen?

I sent back a ring where the diamond was too yellow. I received an email that my wire transfer refund would take two to three weeks! That makes no sense to me. They received my wire within 24 hours. Seems like an awful long time to hold my money. Anyone have experience with this?

I would say that's a common wait time to get your money back. Keep in mind they have to inspect your diamond when they get it back to make sure it's the same diamond and there are no damages. So to me that's not a long time to wait to get a refund, there is a process in place to protect the vendor so a little patience is needed in this situation. You will definitely get your money back nothing to worry about.
