I thought you LOGR people would find it funny that he''s posted this auction for a wedding band.

Of course, I spent the day as a substitute in a second-grade class, so I''m a little punchy. LOGR has been putting up some more colorful pieces lately - anyone seen those multi-gemstone pendants?

That one is gorgeous, and did you see the pattern on the inside of the ring?! I love details like that!
 
Yes, that one (not the killer octopus), has a nice undergallery. A nice touch for LOGR.
 
Great gift for the science teacher that just had 100s of kids dissect squid. But I can''t think of any other uses for it.

If saw that ring as a fashion ring, I would think "Soooo not my style" and wonder how much I would bang it about. As a wedding ring, it seems very, very strange.
 
All I can say is there''s something for everyone. Some person who collects "all things octopus" will see it and it will be the perfect addition to their collection. It''s pretty funny.

I've seen people collect cows, birds, pigs, but I think there's a shortage of people who collect octopus.

Can you imagine if someone was wearing that IN FRONT OF A PSer in real life? If the PSer had a camera they''d be twitching. I don''t know what I''d do if someone was wearing one of these around me.

One of my cousins has one of the super paved Cartier Panther rings with emerald eyes and I swear that thing follows me around whenever they wear it. I don''t care if it''s Cartier.

And these? Not Cartier.

Tako Su is a Japanese dish with octopus in sweet rice wine vinegar, and I''ve had some Greek dishes with chargrilled octopus with lemon and herbs. What you''re thinking of is calamari, which is squid, but also yummy.

BTW, that octo ring does not make me very hungry.
