LOGR rose gold bezel eternity band with milgrain

Okay, I got a little distracted on ebay when I noticed one of the LOGR bezel milgrain eternities as an auction instead of a buy-it now. I''ve been stalking this ring for the past 2 years and haven''t seen it go on auction once....so, I made a heroic bid in the last 5 seconds and WON

for much less than the cheapest BIN price I''ve ever seen (though I''m sure not as low as some of the lovely ladies on here were able to snag it for a few years ago when he first started making them).

Anyway, we are haggling over the extra fees, but hopefully I''ll have it in my hands by mid July

my birthday is in 2 weeks, so I told DH it could be my birthday present

I''ve been really wanting a rose gold RHR that I can also use as a travel wedding band. My dream band was going to be over $2000 to custom make, which is reasonable for what it is (bezel eternity band with alternating E-W chunky cut pears and tiny round cut pads) but this LOGR fits our budget much better and has a higher ct weight

DD-this is for you It looks like the ring in this link, but is 1.2cts, 3.16mm wide, 3.25 grams of gold, and the diamonds are I-J SI1-SI2. I''m trying to decide if I should upgrade the diamonds or just leave well enough alone...I don''t mind if they are a little warm, or even if they have some freckles, as long as they sparkle like crazy...LOGR can sometimes have great diamonds and sometimes they are just average (but still better than most maul stores IMO)...and sometimes the upgraded diamonds don''t really look any better than the regular ones...so, we''ll see...

FYI for eternity bands LOGR now charges $89 to have it made in another size, as well as the $30 fee, but changing the metal is no charge...

The fees don't totally make sense to me, but I am super happy with my deal and can't wait to see it! I am not upgrading the diamonds and am hoping for the best

LOGR made my wedding band and my friend's engagement ring and both are lovely, great diamonds, and the workmanship has help up well

Oh, and thanks for the birthday wishes, it's not until July 8th, so I have lots of time to anticipate (esp. since the ring will probably arrive after my birthday...)
