Wow thanks for the heads up but I think the 1ct round is out of stock again! I’m excited that they ever had it though. I will definitely hold out and buy it on sale from bloomingdales instead of from lightbox for full price

Agreed, their prices are pretty fantastic on sale. Idk what glitch is happening with the return label issue for me, but the lack of customer service is due to COVID right now, and hopefully it’s just temporary.

Hugs! I hope it gets sorted ASAP! There are definitely some customer service frustrations these days as business operate differently. It’s a tough scenario.

I had a problem and had to email customer service for an answer, no one is working the phones. Problem resolved quickly.
