Light Yellow Diamond - HELP

My girlfriend and I are both clueless when it comes to the 4 Cs of yellow diamonds. She wants a light yellow diamond most likely in a radiant cut. She likes the color to be very soft and light yellow but we are both not sure when it comes to clarity. We have been to 47th Street Diamond District and looking to make another appointment this week but we''re being asked what clarity we want to look at etc. We want to make sure the size/ratio is such that the stone looks bigger to the eye and not as "deep" and the stone should sparkle (of course). Does anyone have any advice or know of any "guides" we could look at before going again? It is just so confusing when it comes to colored stones!

I should also mention that we would like a 2 to 2.5 carat.
