Hello,
I just finally received my diamond ring from the company I was working with. I wanted an ideal cut diamond and bought one. I was provided with the ASET, IS, and certificate and it looked good to me. However, when I look at it with the scope it came with, this is what I see:

Can anybody help me understand if what I am seeing appears to be light leakages? To me, this looks a bit different from what I thought I was purchasing. Am I overreacting? Here was what I was originally shown

The stone has no light leakage. Both IS and ASET images prove this. It is a beautiful stone.

The scope you are using is a H&A viewer. The light structure is different from that of IS and ASET. In this case, white is contrast, blue is light return and black is leakage. So, any white you see is not leakage. It is contrast. Now, why do you see so much white and your arrows are undefined? That's probably because the scope is too close to the stone. It appears that the stone is elevated because of the setting.

Hold the scope at varying distances and see how the contrast patterns change.

Thank you @flyingpig
that was a very helpful response. You are right, it is a H&A viewer.
It is a beautiful stone!
