If you custom size a ring, and you end up not liking it, they will only do an exchange, not a full refund. However, their prices are very good, as well as resizing prices. I wouldn''t put the Hope diamond in one of their settings, but it''s nice for a fun setting for some inexpensive stones.

I''ve thought several time about buying from them too. I haven''t actually done it yet, but I would if I had a loose stone lying around.
