Lesley at BGD is well known for her amazing customer service. She will eventually get some sleep now as they have taken on two new members of staff! Its great to know their business is going from strength to strength!

They truly are amazing over there! I do hope she gets some sleep as she is always available. I needed a gift in a hurry the other day and she got right back to me. When I was working with them last year they asked me to call in on father''s day. I told Brian he should be enjoying the day and he said he was...LOL...They really do love what they do.

I bothered her so many times during the last two weeks while they were swamped with a million questions. I got someone else on the phone one of the times but still asked for Lesley and she promptly picked up

I didn't realize how busy they were. It's all great though because I trust my Emerald cut is in amazing hands. Can't wait!!!

I opened another ticket, and I immediately got a call from her (I live on the East Coast, sent the email right before sleeping at 11:30 pm) and it sounded like I could hear her car door alarm.. you know when you leave your car door open and it makes that sound to alert you that the door is open. That was very impressive and I knew I couldn't have made a better choice than to place an order with them!

Lesley is a doll and such a dedicated person, not to mention very genuine and sweet as pie!
