Leonid... How do I access pics I''ve up already uploaded

Often I find myself uploading pics I''ve already uploaded and have to rename them to help answer consumers questions. How can I access pics I''ve already uploaded to the PS server?

Could you share wiith us all...I keep having to change teh name of my file every time I want to post a pic of my ring...

Also I messed up my avatar...how do I make it work so it isn't distorted...I don't think I have the right software
