Thanks for checking back! Thanks, I was really blown away when I put the first one on my finger. It''s a really good feeling to see something and just know you have to have it. As far as where we are purchasing the stone... This is where the long story comes into play. I actually met a guy in Vegas who ironically happened to be the diamond wholesaler (I know PS hates that word) for the jeweler we were originally planning on using. By going through him we are even below internet pricing, so I have to go for the best buy! And he is personally flying whatever stones we chose down to us in FL., so it makes our lives easier!

As far as a cushion goes, do you have any thoughts? I started this thread, but haven''t had any replies yet..

Just a word of caution here. Make sure you are comparing apples with apples when pricing what he has vs. something you could get online. (specs)

And stick with AGS or GIA grading reports.

Good luck!

Thanks Elen, I am sticking with GIA. And I am comparing every single price he gives me against the ones I can source on here. If it turns out that the prices are close in comparison when it comes time to buy I will def buy from WF or GOG, but so far he''s got the edge... The other thing is, and someone has a thread about it out there right now, I find there to be a lack of Larger stones online. Espicially in those impossible to find sizes, like 4.40 or 3.90.
Thanks for the advice!

You''re welcome!

Sounds like you''re doing due diligence! That''s good. And yes, big, nice stones are few and far between.

I''d also check out engagementringsdirect for cushion info and comparisons. Mark T is known around here as THE Cushion guy for good reason.
