Learning, could this be the one?

Newbie here Trying to learn as much as I can about diamonds before purchasing one. I've had my eye on https://www.jamesallen.com/loose-di...g-color-si1-clarity-excellent-cut-sku-2593656 for awhile. HCA= 1.5, inclusions seem to be well located (I could be wrong), but am I imaging it, or is it cloudy?

Basically, is this diamond a good choice? Any input appreciated!

It has some clouds, but it does not appear cloudy to me. I am not fond of 60 tables, but otherwise, it looks good.
