Lavalier Insurance

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Lavalier insurance. I did a search for Lavalier on pricescope, but came up with a surprisingly small number of related threads. I'm thinking about switching insurance, from perfect circle, due to some things I have read. I would love to know how Lavalier is. Any reviews, thoughts, or ideas are greatly appreciated.

I signed up with Lavalier a few months ago after getting a substantially lower quote than from Perfect Circle. I read great reviews from them and have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. However, I have not had to go through the claims process with their company so maybe someone here who has might be able to chime in.
