Lauren, I''m still working on getting our house photos together...we''re in the process of painting the inside and the house is a mess...not to mention that we need furniture!!!!

Anyway, as promised, here are some of our wedding photos. As you know, I don''t really post much on PS but I lurk ALOT and the BWW forum was a great resource. We were married in Irving, TX at the Hackberry Creek Country Club on May 25th!!

we were supposed to get married outside but it was sooooooooo HOT, so we had to move it to the inside ballroom.

David and I love Peanuts comics so each table number had a picture of one of our favorite Charlie Brown and Snoopy memories

!...it read, "Ever since David was a little boy, he has loved Peanuts comics and Snoopy in particular. Now, we both love this famous comic and the small life lessons included in each strip. The table numbers represent some of our favorite Peanuts memories. We hope that these comics bring a smile to your face and remind you of the great things that can be learned from a boy and his dog."

I realize it''s a big late, but congratulations on your wedding. I''m so glad you posted these beautiful pictures! I loved all of your personalized details, especially the Peanuts comic strips (big fan) for your table numbers. I would love to see more!

Thanks for the kind wishes...our wedding truly was a labor of love. We paid for the wedding ourselves and only had a budget of $15,000 so we did almost everything ourselves or we negotiated ALOT with vendors.

WOW Blondie - the amount and beauty of the details is amazing! Everything looked great. CONGRATULATIONS. Did you find everything a lot of hard work or are you normally creative and handy?

HeadOverHeels, yep we did the entire thing for $15k. I spent ALOT of time at kinkos...anything paper I made (programs, invites, STD, escort cars, place cards, chinese take out container labels, table numbers, all signs, fortune tellers, etc). I bought all of the vases for the wedding on sale at Hobby Lobby and candy at Costco. I was able to get my melissa sweet dress at a MAJOR discount.
