Updating... slowly but surely, it's all getting done! A lot of the To Do list that's left are small things... now I know what people mean when they talk about having all these loose ends to tie up... so many small things come up that need going!

buy favors for the kids (since the adult favors include wine)

Hey, ladies!!

It's the final countdown! ::humming the rest of the song::

Things are well-enough here in Ohio. J and I landed yesterday afternoon... Crazy to think we're only four days out! Wowza.

ZERO of my vendors have contacted me this week, and they were all supposed to call one week before the wedding. I'm not looking forward to receiving 20 millions calls the night before to sort out last minute details. Most annoying are our photogs which told us our e-pics would be done between 7-10 days after the shoot (Nov 24th), and they're still not done and the photogs aren't returning my e-mails.

Also nerve wracking: My mother wanted to have my dress steamed & pressed in Ohio. Fine. She took it to the place where she purchased her MOB dress. Fine. She then had them open up the hem on my gown and re-cut/re-do it because she thought the fabric was laying funny.

I've been in Colorado. They've never seen the dress on me. I'm FREAKIN' out. I called them this afternoon and she said she was going to start on the dress today & that I could pick it up Thursday, but I kindly asked if I could pick it up on Wednesday and she okay-ed it. I'm sure it will be fine, but I really dislike the thought of someone cutting my dress up a few days before my wedding, without ever having seen me in the gown!

get manicure (tomorrow at lunch)

I commissioned a painting for him.

I''d say more but who knows who might be lurking, and we''re giving each other wedding presents after we get home. (It''s 20x30, there is NO WAY I''m lugging that on a plane! Plus, then we''ll have something to look forward to when we get home!)
