Have you guys seen these walking dessert tables? What the heck!! Is anyone here doing that? It just seems so awkward. I saw this for the first time on WE (heh addicted, guilty as charged) and it was that Whose wedding is it anyways? And they had a lady dressed up who had the circle table attached like as a skirt and she walked around serving desserts to people. Have anyone ever seen this? I''m just still in wonderment lol.

Wait... she walks? HOW?!?!? I can''t see how every single one of those drinks doesn''t fall off at some point.

Hehe, I kinda want to show these pics to my bf and say, "Honey, can we get this for our wedding? Pleaassee." The trick would be to sound sincere, but I''m curious how he would react to that. Lol.

I saw this on Rich Bride Poor Bride last night!! FI thought it was hilarious. Anyway they can walk because the table is on wheels so basically she would wheel around the room!!

ahhh! Yes i just watched the season premiere of Rich BRide Poor Bride last night and one couple did that! IT was an Autumn theme and it cost 750 for 4 hours! I felt so bad for the groom cuz she wanted whatever she wanted and he was trying to save money but she didnt care and he had no say in hardly anything! Their table centerpeices cost 300 dollares each! A total of about 25,000 for decorations!
And She wanted these candy caramel apples from the store.....they were autumn decorated and cost 4.50 each! They had about 300 or so guests! So she whined and he didnt give in. They went to pick apples from this orchard and she complained the entire time how it would''ve been easier to buy them. So he finally had enough and said whatever we will just buy them! And then he was painting the bathroom and wanted her to help but she wanted to go do things for the wedding but he said pretty much everything was done. and so she started painting and he was like "paint this way hunny" and was like this is supposed to be fun we are remodeling our house and all she was saying was "just get someone to paint it for us who cares if it costs money". As he was trying to save money. So she was like "YOU WANT REMODELING?!?!?!?!

And she took the hammer and bashed in the wall above the toilet like 4 times!!!!

The total was 60 some thousand they went over like 16 thousand too.

I was very disappointed in the show. I felt like I was watching Bridezillas all over again... (i do watch it but sometimes i just want to punch the bride in the face because she gets so mean sometimes) And sometimes i wonder how the groom refrains from doing so. I sure wouldnt be able to!

LOL I watched this night and all I can say that spending $750 on a walking table is not worth it!!! I actually think it''s kind of tacky!

I think you could have a blast DIYing something like that. I agree that it might be worth the entertainment value, but your venue would have to be HUGE to make that monstrosity actually be able to fit around your tables without bumping into guests (maybe part of the fun. . .). HA!

That''s the same episode I saw!!! I couldn''t believe it! Although I have to admit I secretly like the candyapples idea (if I were to diy) hehe. I just realized we''re getting married on the same day too sparkly!
