So
this is what I'm thinking: bezel of course But I'm torn between all 18k YG or all Platinum, I do have 1 all platinum ring, and an 18k YG swirly band (like my picture but gold..lol) and of course my Sunshine two tone ring and as you know I"m a two tone girl... would you set this in YG it is a K Color, and I have no problem of either color, I don't worry about making the "K" look yellow, its a great looking diamond, so 18kYG or Plat? oh the decisions... since I now have my two diamonds go to Solitaire, I thought I could use more of a stand alone band like ring:

I don't know if I can salvage the bezel solitaire, since ECs are all so different in dimension... although could possible salvage it, and add double prongs to the clipped corner... are yah interested in the semi mount? its all platinum, and super duper comfy? let me know I haven't yet given him the green light yet!

I don't think this is my EC... had this image mocked up a long while ago haha

I love the idea of a band like ring!! Personally I’d go all in on that style and set it EW with equal width asschers on each side. Mwahaha

Aw it’s a shame the bezel can’t be saved. It’s such a cool setting. I don’t think it’d be the same with prongs. I wonder if the Chinese moissy vendors could custom cut a replica of same dimensions to rebuild a bezel around. Would be such a cool vacation ring!

So truth be told, I've got an antique EC/Asscher set already E/W in a solitaire, so I'll probably keep this like pictured, as I think the whole diamond wrapped around would be a little too far down the sides for me.

Hey MTG! DK says he can salvage the setting... but the new stone must be very close to my current EC dimension in order for it to fit in the semi bezel... are ya interest? make a killer deal on Platinum... just let me know, I'd prefer to keep the semi mount with DK if you are.

Ugh. I wish I could. I may have impulse splurged on my belle band though lol. Took a chunk out of mad money funds.
Hopefully someone can adopt the setting though. It’s so unique!

@autumngems it is 9.03x 6.5 ish but it’s now with DK loose are you interested in the EC? I am still waffling on it before I commit the sidestone. Setting was not salvaged
