right now, the exchange is @ .825...ideally, I want to make the deal if it climbs up to the mid 90s range. I wouldn''t hesitate to purchase a stone if it does (a little bargaining would help as well). I have a set budget and regardless the dollar goes back up, if the stone''s within the reach of my budget, I''m buying it.
