Bit morbid, but first thing that came to mind is number of nukes currently pointed at each state.

If they targeted where the majority of the population lived, most states would only need a few to destroy pretty much everything. California would require over 10 because we have 40 million people and people live pretty much everywhere, while NY state's population is concentrated in one area downstate. They'd also have to hit the military bases and the US Capitol, plus all the ports. That doesn't explain why they hate Vermont though, maybe they don't like Ben and Jerry's ice cream lol. This map would take out all of the major highways connecting the states, the 80 would be destroyed, 40 would be mostly destroyed. The 10 would be taken out when they nuke major cities in the southern states. This guarantees supplies wouldn't reach the majority of the states even if ports are still operational. Total devastation.

I'm glad to say  it's not that.

Actually to the contrary, it's about something often perceived as particularly positive.

I only know the answer because I already read this...
(I believe this is a few years old though IIRC)

Answer below.

The map shows the density of electric vehicle charging stations in the USA

 So, a friend told me long ago that at any given time there are tons of nukes pointed at us, ready to go, and we just have to keep our fingers crossed that our anti-ballistics missiles work as intended. Of course I put some thought into where they'd be aimed, and this map surprisingly matched it! Glad to know i wasn't right... yet.

From 2016, I believe.

I think the map is colored by states to demonstrate not the total number at any particular year, but the difference in numbers in various states and regions.

I'd guess the regions, those having more and those having fewer, would be similar today ...... perhaps even more-so given this country's dramatic increase in social polarization over the last few years.

The number of millionaires per state?

Vegans or Vegetarians?

So, gas-powered cars are meat, and electric vehicles are plants? :eek2:

Haha, I didn’t see the “spoiler” Missy posted above. Mine was a total guess...green=veggie eaters

I was going to say Ben and Jerry's franchise locations.

Multi-billionaires?

Tesla dealerships?
