Lab diamond that could pass diamond pen test?

I know that lab grown diamond can be created by either HPHT or CVD.

Boron is added during the HPHT process and will somehow mixed into the diamond crystal. Baron increase the electrical conductivity of the diamond and make it fail the diamond pen test.

If i want to buy a lab dimaond that could pass the diamond pen test, is as grown cvd diamond the only option i have? Is cvd diamond with post grown HPHT treatment be acceptable?

What is the validity of a pen test?
They cause more false positives and negatives and result in more wasted money than any other instrument I ever saw people using.
