Hi all, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mark for his understanding and patience. Mark was with me since Day 1 of my search and he had explored numerous of ways to help me in fulfiling my quest. There's hundreds over email exchanges and Mark did not give up on me. Mark even refunded my funds with no question ask when we had some emergencies at home. He graciously offered to help me in my quest again when I re-embark on my search journey. However, the sales did not went thru due to some unforseen circumstances yet again. From the start, Mark is very responsive with the emails nor he shows any impatience.
