Krementz art nouveau brooch (?)

I found this sweet little brooch on the $3 table at a large local flea market. It stood out to me! Did this brand also do gold fill?

Yes, I think a lot of their jewelry was gold filled. The copy on this ad states "heavy overlay of 14k gold".
They were making jewelry from 1866 -1980s.
Their ads were always in National Geographic, and as a kid, it was a real highlight for me when looking at that magazine!
