These are very nicely made rings but you shouldn''t have too much troublble finding someone to make one of them, LR.
Thought: you could start with a 2mm x 6mm wedding band and .60pts of dias and arm yourself with photos and go visiting B&M shops. It''s really only a few hours work (maybe half a day).
You would have a better ring then the original - work hardened (wedding bands are machined) and of a better alloy then the opriginal which was cast produced from a model.
I am not really serious. Actually I don''t really know the who''s who in the US, so I can''t help...
