Knife's Edge Setting

ok so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to buy the ring soon but taking step by step, any idea of where I can find a knife edge diamond setting that is under 2mm in width? She thinks she has big hands which I think is an excuse to make the stone look bigger which I agree anyhow . Blue Nile has one now but its at 2mm.

The best one, in my opinion, is the Vatche U-113. Mine came from Good Old Gold, WhiteFlash and ID Jewelry sell them, and any Vatche dealer can order it for you. It is high quality and is under 2mm. I recommend asking for 90%platinum/10% iridium or 95%platinum/5% ruthenium because those are harder alloys than the standard alloy used. There was no extra charge for that when I ordered.
