Anyone use this shop? Located in the same city as Ouros Jewelry. They have a 5ct eternity ring in platinum for $1,500, super cheep which freaks me out a bit. Also when you customize it, let's say change to 14k gold the price stays the same.

That’s crazy inexpensive.. I’d be wary.
They all say they’re happy to accept returns. But have you ever shipped something insured back to India or Israel? It’s a pain, and expensive for both parties.
I had an Etsy seller basically almost fully refund me once for a pair of trillions. He explained that it would’ve been more expensive for him to pay the duties and such vs just giving me almost all of money back. I was able to sell the stones and recoup my losses and make a little profit. The experience has made me much more careful about buying from certain locations. I still do it, but not if I’m not 100% sure I’ll like what I get..

Be very wary.
This is a new seller with no sales. Located in India.
Listing is very specific in that they say
“no exchange, no return, no refund, no cancellation”.
These factors equal a “red flag” in my book.
I would not risk my money, best to stick with sellers who have been around a long time with lots of sales.
when buying online, Even if a seller accepts returns, you need to check where they are based. Some countries have very difficult and expensive return mail services and unless otherwise CLEARLY stated, as a buyer you will still be out of pocket shipping x both ways and possibility the PayPal fees. PayPal changed their agreement in that Paypal fees are kept by PayPal irrespective of the reason why the sale didn’t proceed / complete.
Always buy with 99% intention of loving and keeping the item.
If in doubt, don’t.
