Well with lots of studying from sites like this I was able to pull the trigger on a e ring for my girl. I asked her on Sunday and of course she said yes
Thanks to everyone and there wealth of knowledge. I learned each diamond is special in its own and it's hard to really say tat something is better than something else with clear certainty. I do know diamonds are way cooler than I ever thought lol I learned way more than I ever thought I would and it was fun
I ended up getting a 1.6 carat I color Ideal cut VS2 from BN for $10,199. It was listed as having strong fluoresce so I was worried but in person it looks great and has a cool blue color to it in bright direct sunlight. I really think the fluoresce helps because I'm amazed how white an I looks
7.48x7.50x4.65
57% table
62%depth
4% girdle
14.5% crown height
34.5 crown angle
43.5% pavilion depth
41.0 pavilion angle
The setting is a Monique Huiller platinum setting with .5 carats micro pave diamonds.
Here's a few pics

Pic of her wearing it she can't stop looking at it haha

Thanks for all the useful post everyone!
