I received the diamond I bought for my gf from WF yesterday. It really sparkels, but now I find myself wondering if I made the right decision and I don''t know why. One thing that scared me a little was the sarin report from WF was a little off from the AGS report''s numbers. I called WF and they said this happens because every machine is a little different, makes sense. Here is the diamond I bought.

I have to stay with WF because I am using an upgrade. I started to look at this stone this morning. It''s a little bigger, little more money and better clarity however color isn''t as good.

Any advice would be great. Maybe I did pick out a great stone but just need reassurance.

Thanks

WF are right, Sarin variance is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

I think you did great, thats a super diamond you have there, I assume it is eyeclean? If so then you did very well! The other diamond posted is also excellent, but you wouldn't notice any difference between them for size I don't think.

You did good! The diamond you picked is a lovely stone. The difference between it and the other you posted is .1mm of diameter--you probably couldn''t tell the difference in size if they were sitting side by side.

Second guessing is normal, just realize what a great diamond you purchased and don''t allow yourself to look at any others.

Now I feel better. Before I purchased the diamond Liza at WF confirmed it was eye clean. I can''t see anything when I look at it and my gf won''t look past the flashes of light.

Glad to give you some reassurance! Best wishes and enjoy your lovely stone!

Nooo, your diamond is much nicer to me! Color is more important than clarity, and the size difference is not noticable.

Do you like how your diamond looks? That is what really matters at this point!

Your diamond is beautiful, absolutely no worries!

Definitely a great decision - the others are right that you wouldn''t notice the size difference visually, and it sounds like you have a beautiful stone
