I''m really not sure when the proposal will be. She''s out of town on business, so I''m going to take her parents out to dinner to talk it over with them. No rush.
I love all the separate elements of pave/split shank/x-prong but I have never seen them all together before! It works perfectly and I can''t wait to see hand shots!!!
That''s the only info I have on it right now. I checked through my email and I don''t have the GIA report and Ideal Scope image for that stone because it was one of the ones that I went to see in person. The GIA reports and Ideal Scope images I have are the ones of the stones that I had Jim take a look at and after talking to him, we made the decision to eliminate them from the possibilities.
Beautiful ring, I picked out a split shank too and I love it! I think the look is very classic and antique without being overly done with frilly details. Beautiful choice, I''m sure she will love it. Good luck with the proposal, and be sure to post hand pics when she says yes.
this is GORGEOUS!! I love the split shank, x-prong, pave....
it has all the elements that I think are great! I am sure she will love it, since you picked it out for her. Will the propsal be a complete surprise or do you think she knows ''it''s coming''.....
It'll be a surprise, but not a complete surprise. She knows it's coming, she just doesn't know when.
The setting is made by Danhov, it's part of their Meno collection. The actual item number is ME-20. James Allen carries them, but their website isn't updated to include all the new additions, so this particular setting is not on their site.
www.danhov.com is Danhov's site, but it's a flash site and pretty annoying.
