After a years worth of planning, I finally got married last weekend. Being a guy I had zero idea how many details there were involved in pulling a wedding off. At the end of the day everything went great. I can take credit for choosing the rings at least I wouldn't have imagined getting a wedding band for myself with a gem stone, but my fiance encouraged me too and now I'm very glad I did!
The e-ring is a 1.8 carat GRS certed unheated stone from Madagasgar. The pictures don't really catch the glow the stone has, but it was my first try photographing it. The sapphires in the band are heated only (in house cert so take that for what it is). The diamonds are G color.
The stone in my band is a 0.6 carat stone from Ceylon. In house-certed as unheated (again doesn't mean much). I know I should have had it certed by a 3rd party lab, but too late now I suppose. Either way, he's a real beauty, really comes alive in the right light
