June''s wedding set photo experiments

I've been trying for months to figure out how the rings in magazine ads always look so beautiful. My photos just seem to come out nice, but ordinary. I wanted people to see what I see when I look at my ring. So I cleaned my ring (using only Salton Jewelry Spa powder in HOT water and a toothbrush) My actual "Salton Jewelry Spa" shorted out when I turned it over to empty out the tank for cleaning. But I digress.... , got out my camera and set up photo backgrounds. I fooled around with the contrast and other settings. This time, I think I got alot closer to my goal. I hope you will agree! These rose photos were my favorites!
(Surfgirl, I loved your rings on the moss pictures! They are my idol!)
(My setting is white gold, channel set .03 -.07 VS G-H stones, and the center stone is 2.03 SI1 H GIA Excellent Cut)
Oop! Photo is too large, I will reduce size in next ones!

I LOVE your ring set! It''s one of my absolute favourites. Another example of classic elegance, where the 2 carat diamond is the main attraction, no need for all the bells and whistles. Less is more! LOVE IT..LOVE IT..LOVE IT!! (Any hand shots)?

I''m not sure what file my hand shots are in. I didn''t take any for this photo shoot. (I''m a little shy about the hand shots since my hands aren''t what they use to be.) thanks for the compliments!
