Julia''s design for my Key

Thanks to AJ's inspired take on the Tiffany key I have commissioned Julia to make one for me. Originally I was going to 'steal' AJ's FDL design (with her permission) but i thought why not do my own unique take featuring my kids initials.
Heres what she has come up with but I wonder if it a bit to symboly rather than key like.
Don't get me wrong i think she does beautiful designs but I think I want the top part more shaped than just a circle.
Can i have your input please

Lovely! Maybe you could have her take out the "spaces"....like between the top of the k and the middle loop, and between the middle loop and the bottom, same on the other side?

I want one of these now!

I'm glad to hear you are going with your own design (not that I mind you "stealing" mine at all)

To be completely honest - I agree with Miscka, I'm feeling this one is a lil *too*
intricate...and perhaps..what's the word - trendy..? kwim?
I can tell from your post you're not quite loving it..
Did you request those "spaces" in the letters, and if not do you like them?

Honestly, just communicate your thoughts/desires to Julia - she will have no problem
revising the design until you are stoked.

Thanks Miscka and AJ. Yes the gaps in the letters don''t look right to me not fit my aesthetic.
I also want the headed to have some shape perhaps almost a clover leaf so it looks key like.
She happy to take on board my thoughts so we will see soon!
