Joining the Club - My first Old Stone!

While I've been a lurker to Pricescope for over 4 years, I haven't posted. Partially because I just like reading and learning from everyone ( ) ...but also because I didn't have anything (I felt) worthy enough to contribute. Finally, on Christmas day, I got my first old stone. I'd been eyeing her - and put her on my Christmas list - hoping my VERY AWESOME boyfriend ( ) would get it for me and my RIGHT hand. And he DID! (Along with a beautiful tanzanite ring!)

So here's to my first posting - "A transitional cut diamond of about .20 carats (H-I color; VS1-SI1 clarity) with a white gold collet surrounded by twelve (12) shaped sapphires. Wings of white gold accent each shoulder with a triangle shaped sapphire." from The Three Graces.



Edit: Oh no! I just read that photos shouldn't have logos - and I'm pretty sure that ribbon going across the box shouldn't be there. SORRY!!!!

Thank you for looking and taking the time for the compliments! I just dropped it off at the jewelers for resizing but as soon as I get her back, I'll be taking (and posting) some better pictures. (I might have a few on my camera at home, and if I do, I'll post them.)

I can't wait to get some hand shots - I'm just hoping I can get better pictures than I have so far. This picture business seems to be no easy task. LOL This is the only other decent one I got...and it doesn't do it any justice.
